Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations:

Disputed Payments

In cases where a payment dispute arises, refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the transaction. If a user files a Refund Request or fails to address a Disputed Transaction within the specified working days, or contests the transaction without adequate supporting documentation acceptable to us, our payment service providers, Card Payment Network, or issuing institution, BAGTROSS reserves the right to recover the refund amount from future credits deposited into the escrow account related to payments made by the seller's buyers.

Responsibility for Refunds:

The responsibility for managing refunds rests solely with you. BAGTROSS is not liable for any claims, disputes, or penalties that may arise from such refunds. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, disputes, penalties, costs, and expenses related directly or indirectly to refunds and disputes for all transactions.

Fees and Charges:

You acknowledge and agree that fees associated with Disputed Transactions are non-refundable. BAGTROSS will not repay or refund these fees to you, the buyer, or any other party.

Returns Policy:

All transactions processed by BAGTROSS is considered final once confirmed. Due to the nature of our services, returns or refunds are not typically permitted after a transaction has been successfully completed.

In cases of erroneous or failed transactions due to technical issues or incorrect beneficiary information, you must notify BAGTROSS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED within the specified working days. We will review the transaction and, if necessary, attempt to recover or reverse the payment. However, refunds will only be processed if recovery is successful or if the error is deemed valid by us.

Please note that any applicable fees or service charges associated with the transaction are non-refundable, even in the case of a returned or reversed transaction.
